Adult Day Programs
Can family caregivers get a break through the day program?
Absolutely. Adult day programs offer respite for caregivers while providing seniors with structured, supportive activities.
Is transportation provided?
Yes, transportation to and from the adult day program is available for eligible participants.
What activities are provided in the adult day program?
Activities include exercise classes, arts and crafts, music therapy, games, outings, and wellness programs, tailored to seniors’ interests and abilities. Adult Day Care is currently offered to residents in Lake County only.
Congregate Dining
Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes, we ask that participants reserve their meal at least 24 hours in advance.
Where are meals served?
Meals are served at community centers, senior centers, and other accessible locations throughout the community.
What is congregate dining?
Congregate dining offers nutritious meals in a group setting, providing both nutrition and socialization opportunities for seniors.
In Home Services
How often can I receive in-home services?
Frequency is based on assessed need and availability. Some clients receive weekly visits, while others may receive multiple visits per week. Meal delivery schedules are also based on assessed need.
How are caregivers selected and screened?
We work with several home health agencies and nurse registries that certify all caregivers are thoroughly background-checked, trained, and supervised to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
What types of in-home services are offered?
We provide personal care, homemaking, companionship, respite care, emergency alert response, home delivered meals, and care coordination services to help seniors live independently.

How do I sign up for services?
You can call our main office, visit our website to fill out an intake form, or stop by during business hours to meet with a staff member.
Who is eligible for senior services?
Our services are available to individuals aged 60 and older, or to adults 18 and older with disabilities, depending on the program. Specific eligibility may vary by service. Must reside in Hernando, Lake, Polk, or Sumter counties.
